Terms &amp; ConditionsThank you for choosing Beachside Holidays. By staying with us you agree to adhere to the Terms and Conditions outlined below. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions gives Beachside Holidays the right to refuse the key, amend the rate or immediate termination of the holiday agreement. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully and don’t not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions. Booking Policy with Beachside Holidays• When making a booking, an agreement is made between yourself and the owner of the property. Beachside Holidays are the agent for the owner. We may therefore need to consult the owner regarding any pricing, refund, bond claim or other issues before it can be finalised.• Under no circumstance is the property to be sub-let throughout the duration of a guests stay. Failure to comply with this policy will result in immediate termination.• If we as the managing agent do not think that the property is suitable, or if the owner refuses the booking, we will let the guest know as we may be able to offer alternative property options.• The property is not to be booked by persons under the age of 25.• Beachside Holidays has the right to cancel the booking and claim compensation where necessary, if the guest provides false or misleading information when making a booking (such as number of guests, disclosure of pets or ages of guests).• Any type of disturbance caused to neighbours is not accepted. We have a strict no party policy. If a noise complaint is made the police may be notified. A call out fee of $500 may apply and possible eviction with no refund of remaining nights accommodation.• If you have an issue during your stay, please report it as soon as possible to allow us the opportunity to rectify it. We will not be responsible for compensation for issues that are reported late or after you vacate the property. Payments• A deposit of 50% of total rent is required at time of booking. Bookings will be cancelled if the deposit has not been made.• Final payment must be paid 21 days prior to your arrival. Including bond.• Should you make a booking within 21 days of your arrival 100% of the accommodation must be paid at the time of booking.• Payments may be paid by bank transfer or by credit card via online payment systems. Credit cards incur a 2% surcharge.&nbsp; Cancellation or Amendments By Guest• For any cancellations or changes to your booking please contact Beachside Holidays immediately.• A cancellation policy applies to each booking. If a booking is cancelled within two months prior to arrival, 100% cancellation fee is incurred with no refunds. However, if we are able to rebook the property a refund maybe offered. Cancellation outside two months prior to arrival * incurs a $150 cancellation fee and all remaining deposit will be refunded.• A refund (minus the cancellation fee) will only be issued if the booking is booked by another party for the entire booking period at the same rate or greater. Cancellation or Amendments By Beachside Holidays• An owner is entitled to withdraw their property from our rental portfolio at their discretion, although this is an uncommon event. We at Beachside Holidays do not accept responsibility for the owners decision.• Cancellations may occur by Beachside Holidays or the owner if we believe the property is uninhabitable due to unforeseen maintenance or circumstances.• Guests will be contacted immediately for any cancellation or amendments and alternative properties will be offered (rate changes may apply) or a full refund will be given for any funds paid to date. Arrival• Arrival time is 2pm unless alternative arrangements has been confirmed with Beachside Holidays prior to arrival (subject to availability).• Only 1 Set of keys will be provided for each property.• If you have an issue during your stay, please report it as soon as possible to allow us the opportunity to rectify it. We will not be responsible for compensation for issues that are reported late or after you vacate the property. Departure• Checkout is 10am unless alternative arrangements has been confirmed with Beachside Holidays prior to arrival (subject to availability).• Please leave the property in a neat and tidy condition.• All rubbish and food items are required to be removed from the property.• BBQ must be clean prior to departure. Uncleaned BBQ may incur a $50.00 cleaning fee and will be deducted from the refundable bond.• Any additional cleaning or removal of rubbish after the guest’s departure may incur an additional fee and will be taken from the refundable bond.• Please ensure when leaving all lights, fans, air conditioning and tv’s are turned off. All windows and doors are closed and locked.• Keys are to be returned to the same location as collected on arrival. Linen• Beachside Holidays homes supply linen for our guests this excludes beach towels. Beach towels can be hired for a small fee. Rubbish• Please use garbage bins provided at the property. We are ask that you place the rubbish bins on the curb side on departure.• Please make sure all rubbish inside is removed and place in correct bins outside.• Red lid is general waste, yellow lid is recycling and green bin is garden waste.• Please refer to the property compendium for bin collection day.• Any excess rubbish is the guest’s responsibility, and a rubbish removal fee may apply and this charge will be deducted from the refundable bond. Lost Property• Beachside Holidays are not responsible for any personal property left in or around the premises. Pet Policy• Beachside Holidays is pleased to offer pet friendly properties. Pets are not permitted unless prior approval has been obtained from Beachside Holidays.• We will ask for the breed, age and temperament of the pet to ensure your pet is suitable for the property.• Under no circumstances are pets to be left at the property unattended, allowed on any furniture, beds or carpeted areas.&nbsp;• Please remove any pet faeces from the yard upon departure and dispose of in a sealed plastic bag. Extra cleaning charges may apply if our cleaners have to dispose of your pets waste.• Any damage caused to furniture, walls, flooring or gardens will be charged to your credit card on the booking. Maintenance and Repairs• Beachside Holidays will endeavour to have the property in good working order, however, we cannot guarantee every aspect of the property and especially items that can be inherently temperamental – electronics, Wi-Fi, television reception, barbecue, or the functioning of pools and spas.• If there are any issues with the safety of the property throughout the duration of the guests stay, please contact Beachside Holidays immediately so we can take the correct course of action to get these issues resolved.• Guests are to allow repair or service personnel to enter the premises upon arrangement for the purpose of conducting a repair. Furnishing• All of our holiday properties are furnished to the owner’s personal taste and Beachside Holidays take no responsibility for any unmet expectations or any changes in décor from the photographs advertised.• If the property does not offer certain luxuries such as WIFI, TV, coffee machine, pantry basics, linen, air conditioning, dishwasher etc, this a decision made entirely by the owner of the property and Beachside Holidays will not accept responsibility for this.• Please do not move furniture from it's original position. A result of doing so may incur charges to you. Building Disruptions• If in the event that there is construction or building work being carried out near the premises, we will always make sure to advise guests upon booking, however, please be aware that in some cases we are not notified.• Beachside Holidays and the owner of the property do not accept any responsibility for such disturbances or inconvenience that guests may suffer as a result. No discounts are offered in any such cases. Disclaimer• All bookings are made in good faith by Beachside Holidays, but we cannot be held responsible for actions taken by the owner of the premises or events which are outside our control.• All courtesy will be given on genuine dissatisfaction. Any information contained in holiday advertisements or related websites are subject to alteration without notice. Old Salt Beach House is a dream holiday house and is a great place for families and friends to come together. Located in Marcus beach, positioned at the end of cul-de-sac on a private road and is less than 200 steps from away from the beach entrance at access number 45, through a private gate from the property. Old Salt welcomes children and is pet friendly.

This relaxed coastal beach house is beautifully presented with stunning panoramic views of the ocean and the bush and is equipped with everything you need for a beach side holiday. Walk through the frosted Japanese gate to discover the amazing outdoor area and find the entry way, from where you can see the ocean at ground level and hear it breaking on the shore.

The property boasts an impressive outdoor entertaining area laid out over large timber deck with a stunning sparkling magnesium heated mineral pool and an 8-person heated enviro spa. The deck has outdoor furniture and a Webber BBQ to enjoy outdoor dining by the pool and sea. Alongside is a huge, lush grass back yard, perfect for relaxing or for the kids and/or pets to play. The yard is private and fully enclosed. Enjoy fun and relaxation for the whole family. Head down to the private beach gate and step out and walk through the gardens to head straight over to the beach to enjoy kilometers of pristine, unspoiled coastline of Marcus beach and beyond. Marcus Beach is dog friendly off leash doggy heaven. Near this gate there is a cold outdoor shower & hose to wash down yourself, your pet and your beach items when returning from the beach. And around the side of the house there is a private alcove with a shower that has hot and cold water for the ultimate outdoor show experience.

Step through to the entry where you will find a mudroom for all your outdoor gear and shoes to be stored at the door. The downstairs level comprises two of the bedrooms, the main bathroom with combined shower and bath, a fully equipped laundry plus a lounge room with a well-equipped kitchenette and a bar fridge. This room is adjacent to the outdoor entertaining and pool area, so you can still chill out inside with music or a movie and be able to interact with or supervise your family & friends. All outdoor pool safe dining ware is provided in the kitchenette.

Head upstairs to enjoy panoramic views of the ocean and bush from every room. The upper level is open plan living with the living room, dining room and kitchen flowing through to each other. The living room has large floor to ceiling windows which really bring the views to you. You feel like you are floating over the ocean. The dining setting seats 8 people, and the kitchen is polished and spacious with everything you need at hand. Step out to the back balcony and look over the nature reserve bush lands at the west side of the property and enjoy the ocean breezes on the northeast facing balcony, just off the dining room. There is also a BBQ on this balcony so you can enjoy a BBQ feast upstairs as well. There are two bedrooms on the upstairs level, one with incredible views of the ocean to take in from your bed and the other has an en-suite with views out to the ocean and to the nature reserve, and even has a TV for undisturbed chill out time. There is a powder room on this level also. If you are looking to spend the day relaxing upstairs, in all areas is the ideal location to watch the ever changing ocean and enjoy the sounds of nature. See whales from May to October, the colourful kite surfers and locals catching a wave. You may even see a pod of dolphins and the yachts sailing by. Old Salt Beach House is the perfect location to see the sun set to the west, watch a full moon rising over the ocean, and see the sun rise over the water to greet a new day.

The house is in a prime location being close to all amenities yet situated in a private location. Bike tracks and walkways are right out front, 100 meters to bus stop - catch Bus 620 either North to Noosa or south to Peregian or further afield. During Easter/Christmas holidays these are free buses, no need to drive to Hastings St/Noosa Beach. Noosa hosts some great Festivals which are the surfing festival in March, Food and Wine in May, The Jazz festival in August, and Noosa Triathlon 31st Oct to 4th November. Located very close to Eumundi Markets, Ginger Factory, Noosa National Park, Noosa Sunday Farmers Market, The Peregian Markets every 2nd and 4th Sunday, Noosa North Shore and Fraser Island. Head 45 minutes inland to find out beautiful hinterland. Montville & Maleny are a must visit for a picturesque tourist drive and day out. Noosa River with all its attractions and activities is 15 minutes away. And of course for food, the restaurants stretch all the way from Coolum to Noosa. For your shopping there is IGA in Peregian, Coles in Noosa Junction/Peregian Springs, or the Noosa Civic center with Woolworths/Big W etc. Dan Murphy's is in Coolum or Noosaville and BWS or Cellarbrations is in Peregain. You will find yourself in a perfect central, yet private location.
